Do you have a physical store that I can visit?

We’d love it if you did! If you live in Canterbury, or you’re ever passing through, please pop in to see us and shop our range at CRAZE: 172a Williams Street, in Kaiapoi. If you live out of town (or you prefer to shop in your slippers – we get it!) you can browse and purchase from our full range right here online. We ship NZ-wide!

 

Can I sign up for sale updates and special offers?

YES! You can subscribe to CRAZE emails for updates direct to your inbox, or you can LIKE and FOLLOW us on Facebook for style inspiration, NEW item updates, sale announcements and more.

 

How can I pay for my order?

Shopping online should be a breeze, so we accept a range of payment methods, including credit card, PayPal, and LayBuy, so you can shop now and pay later!

 

What are your shipping charges?

We charge a flat rate of just $5.00 for shipping right throughout New Zealand.

This means that you’ll only ever pay one flat shipping cost for your order – whether you live in the far North or the deep South, and you’re treating yourself to two items or 20. Woohoo!

 

How are CRAZE items delivered, and when will I receive my order?

We ship all of our items via New Zealand Post. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 – 3 working days, or 3 – 5 working days if you live in a rural area.

 

Can I return an item if I’m not happy with it?

Absolutely! We want you to be CRAZE-y in LOVE with your new purchase, which is why we offer a fuss-free, love-it-or-leave-it return policy on all purchases (excluding sale items).

If for some reason you're not 100% happy with your purchase, simply email our team within three days of receiving your order to arrange the return of your purchase and a full money-back refund. Please not that all returns must be in original and unworn condition.

 

What if my item arrives damaged, or has a fault?

Rest assured that the utmost care is taken with ALL of our orders, and we screen our items carefully for manufacturer faults before sending them out to customers.

 

While CRAZE items very rarely arrive at their final destination in less than perfect condition, we guarantee your satisfaction in the unlikely event that this does happen. Simply contact us within three days of receiving your purchase and our friendly team will let you know how to send your purchase back to us for repair or replacement.
